At STAR Physical Therapy, we pride ourselves on offering the best individualized care for each and every patient, no matter the diagnosis. Tennessee has turned to us for the best outpatient physical therapy for more than 20 years, and now we have even more to offer our patients.
Whether you prefer treatment in one of our traditional clinic settings where you can utilize your insurance benefits, or you prefer highly individualized private sessions through the STAR Performance & Concierge division, you’ll always receive expert care.
Our new Performance & Concierge division removes the limitations of insurance, giving you greater flexibility of treatments, privacy and ability to further pursue your goals. We have options for anyone & everyone through our services at STAR.
1-on-1, Every Single Visit. At STAR P&C, our therapists specialize in personalized, one-on-one physical therapy, at each & every visit. We have the time & resources to take a dive deep into your goals, whether that be with athletics, fitness, recreational activities, or just life in general. You have our undivided attention, as well as access to us outside of normal business hours. We have 2 locations, currently in Nashville and Franklin, as well as the ability to come to your home or job as well.

Our therapists complete thorough musculoskeletal examinations throughout your plan of care to find the source of your pain and dysfunction. From our findings, we devise a treatment plan specifically tailored to your needs—relieving pain, restoring function, and getting you back to achieving your goals.
