Outstanding work! Alex is one of the few guys who truly understands body mechanics and solves issues long-term. Went in for an ankle issue and was back and running in less then 8 weeks. He fixed a prob I had been living with for 6months in a relatively short time. Highly recommended!

After seeing several doctors and physical therapists without any luck, an orthopedic surgeon told me to go see Alex before I do anything else. The experience was great and I felt like more attention was paid specifically to what was going on in my shoulder instead of a generic shoulder PT plan. I liked that there is a full gym to use instead of just a few light weights and resistance bands. It was also more cost effective to see Alex vs. using my insurance! I drove 50 minutes just to see Alex and it was worth it. I'm no longer considering shoulder surgery.

Alex is a total rockstar. He is super intelligent and exceedingly well versed in his areas of expertise. He is very solution focused. I have tendonitis from strength training (in my 60s) and the interventions have been highly effecitve. Alex is head and shoulders above the rest. Highly recommnded.
