Our Franklin clinic is conveniently located at 508 Autumn Springs Court, Suite 2B. Please note that our clinic is in the back of the building, while the STAR Physical Therapy Business Office is in the front. For the easiest access, turn left at the first driveway you see. You’ll notice a STAR Performance & Concierge sign at the entrance. This driveway will take you directly to the back of the building, where our clinic entrance is located. We are in the second building on the right. Look for the glass door with the STAR Performance & Concierge sign and two ferns outside the entrance.
